A small, hard-working team based on the Gold Coast. Operating as Allpay Payroll for over a decade before re-establishing as Newpay Payroll in 2012.  Our aim is to offer small to medium enterprises a one stop payroll and HR solution that reduces overheads and frees up employers time to concentrate on their business.

Johllene has a broad range of knowledge in business operations and Government compliance. She worked for over 10 years in Federal politics between 1996 and 2006, before switching careers to help establish and develop the dynamic Queensland Charity, Kokoda Challenge Association Inc.

In her 5 years as General Manager at Kokoda Challenge, Johllene gained hands on experience in all facets of business operations with particular interest in HR practices, ATO reporting and Fair Work requirements.​

Johllene has diplomas in Business Management and Human Relations, and Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.

Talena consults to Newpay Payroll and brings more than 12 years of communications and managerial experience to her role as Trainer/Assessor. 
 

Prior to establishing Lena B Consultancy, Talena spent over 12 years in the Government sector where she worked in various roles including Chief of Staff and Media/Communications Adviser.  During that time, Talena developed her skills in media and communications, stakeholder communication and engagement, project management, event management and staff management.  

Having managed and coached staff in a busy work environment, Talena understands the competing demands on time and the importance of quality training opportunities to maximise impact in the workplace.
